3. Product Information & Custom Orders
We strive to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, and visuals. However, due to differences in materials, finishes, and color calibrations, slight variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed packaging.
 Custom-made products are created specifically according to the details you approve. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made. It is your responsibility to carefully review proofs, dimensions, and specifications before final approval.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or quotations at any time. In case of such discrepancies, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order before proceeding.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or customs clearance. Once a shipment leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Custom orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically to your approved design and requirements. Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. If products are damaged or defective upon arrival, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for review.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, templates, and website content remain the property of Packaging or its licensors unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from our website or custom packaging designs without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, will not exceed the total value of the product purchased.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Packaging, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, services, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

You agree to indemnify and hold Volt Signs, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
